How it works.
Schedule
labs
Fill out the simple contact form or schedule a free 10 min consult. we will contact you to determine which therapy may be beneficial to you. Our clinician will send a lab requisition to a local lab for you at your convivence or you can choose to have an at home test sent to your home.
telehealth
We will set up a Telehealth visit with a certified provider to review your laboratory results. The provider will then discuss a treatment plan to fit your individual needs. They will go over lab work in detail and customize a treatment plan for you!

how does concierge medicine work?
We are a membership-based clinic. We do not take insurance. Traditional healthcare models prioritize numbers and profits over your healthcare needs. Our goal is for you to feel heard and provide expert care with the utmost personalized care. The monthly fee is typically similar to what you would pay for co-pays and your ductiable.
do you have an office?
We do have limited availability at our Bethel location for in person procedures and appointments but most of our visits are done via telehealth in the convenience of your own home and all medications will be shipped directly to your home!
